If you develop pages in .ASP technology you have to rent a Windows Hosting Pack. For HTML and PHP websites, rent a Linux hosting package, it is cheaper and easier to use. Also, it doesn’t matter if you have Windows at home. The Linux package will be OK for you.

Moving from Linux hosting to Windows, or vice versa, doesn’t cost anything and can be done within a few hours. Only the difference in the price of the hosting package is paid. You don’t need to send documents for that.

Yes, you will let us know the access data for old hosting and if at all possible, and most often it is, we will move your pages to our server and do it completely free of charge.

This is a server problem and if these problems are repeated, it is best to replace such a hosting service provider immediately. It is even possible to recognize companies where you will have problems sooner or later. They advertise the sale of enormously large packages, with unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth (traffic) for an extremely small price. Ask yourself, can you come to the IT equipment store and buy an unlimitedly large disk? Of course you can’t. Everything has its price, so we advise you to bypass such companies, which offer you unlimited traffic, space or something else, in a wide arc. Not only domestic, but foreign. Of course, the price must be reasonable, but the cheapest is never good, both otherwise and in the web hosting business. We always try our best to find the right ratio obtained/invested.
Also, like free, free services, very cheap service providers place a lot of domains on the server, and usually a weak server of the last generation, so ‘coughing’ the server is no wonder. Such things cannot happen here. All servers are extremely powerful, they are constantly monitored, and as soon as they reach their limits, we stop setting new domains on them. Many years of business and many satisfied clients are the best guarantee of these words.

This is an increasingly common phenomenon, which will be more and more, because the Internet is being used more and more, the contents of the pages are increasingly ‘heavier’. We at Orbis have set up a Turbo Linux package for those very visited websites, which takes place on two servers (Web+MySQL) and for which domain number per server pair is much more strictly limited by the number of domains per server. The package turned out to be a great step between a leased ‘ordinary’ package and its own server, since it is much cheaper than the lease of the entire server.
